I face challenges with language. I feel that my high school and college experience has prepared me with language skills, but I need to polish them in order to be a better writer.
I know that I rely too much on spell check, which has gotten me into some trouble on those stylebook quizzes. I’m not use to someone misspelling a word on purpose.
When it comes to punctuation, I have a comma fetish. I love using commas even when it’s not necessary. This is another challenge I need to face.
I am hoping to conquer these challenges this semester.
