NEW WEB SITE CREATING CONFUSION
By: Morgan Downing
University of Oklahoma students and faculty can now log onto the University’s new web site, oZONE. Some believe the site is a great idea, but feel they have not been well informed.
Mindy Jones, Honors College secretary, believes, “As an employee we haven’t received any training.” She explained that, “Because enrollment is coming up I feel as though I should have been trained a long time ago.”
Alexandra Valiton, OU IT employee, said she does agree there has been lack of publicity regarding oZONE, but knows oZONE will be helpful once everyone learns the site. Creators don’t expect full use of the site until January.
